Each cue receives a 5-point quality control check to ensure that only the best cues reach our customers. The result is an excellent cue that will last a lifetime.
We will honor a one-year warranty for all manufacturer defects. Claims after one year are subject to manufacturer approval. Warping once the cue has been chalked is not considered a defect.
